You do not need a medical referral to make an appointment. However, some insurance providers may require it for refund purposes. Please call your insurance company to find out more!
At O'Connor Health Group, we accept all methods of payment
(except American Express). At the end of your session you are given a receipt that enables you to submit to your insurance company for a refund. It's as easy as that!
Additional Fees: Cancellations and Rescheduling
A courtesy reminder call or email will be made a few days prior to your appointment. However, you are responsible for your appointment date.
We require a 48 hour business day cancellation call or a fee can be charged.
A cancellation notice allows other patients on a waiting list the opportunity to be fit in.
