Don Wilson, M.D. has been practicing medicine since 1986 and has been actively involved in the personal training community since 2005.  He recognizes the importance of exercise in maintaining optimal weight and energy levels, and in the prevention of chronic illness.  He has recruited a group of experienced personal trainers to provide one-on-one exercise instruction in the home, office or location of choice.  For those individuals who express interest in improving their health through exercise, Dr. Don conducts a full health and lifestyle assessment and will offer recommendations on an exercise and lifestyle program best suited to fulfill their stated goals and needs.
